Katherine Burik

Katherine Burik is a career and job search coach and President of The Interview Doctor, Inc. She offers fast action remedies to finding the ideal job through her coaching and online training programs.

The Interview Doctor techniques come from her personal experience as a business leader organizing her own job searches, creating a better way to interview and figuring out how to “network” as a shy person to get

ahead in her career. Job search is a repeatable process, regardless of your role. Without the right plan and quality tools to navigate the process, your search for a job or the right candidate will take forever and feel awful.

CANDIDATES: Start with the right tools: Career Coaching, “More than a Resume”, LinkedIn and a Job Search or Career Marketing Plan to grow your career. Turn job ads into networking experiences so you stop sending resumes to a black hole. Express yourself with strategic interview responses that support your personal brand.

COMPANIES: Don’t waste time on mass produced job searches. Create a talent search process to attract the best talent, create interview questions based on competencies and improve the candidate experience so you can make the right match.

Katherine is a Speaker & Author with a BA History, Northwestern University and MS Industrial Relations, Loyola University of Chicago. She has been certified SPHR by Society of Human Resource Managers and is a Registered Corporate Coach.

Since change is the only constant, Katherine embraces whatever life sends her way with positive energy and enthusiasm to get the most out of life.
